Brighter Babies' Book Baskets is a family owned and operated business. The day to day operations are overseen by Pamela, a mother of two and a qualified accountant. Being a small organisation, we recognise that our livelihood is directly dependent on the service we provide to our customers. Therefore we go out of our way to provide a friendly and personal touch, and to ensure that all our customers are pleased that they chose to purchase from Brighter Babies' Book Baskets.

The inspiration for the business, started in 2001, came from our personal experience when we had our children. On the birth of our children, we received multiple bouquets of flowers. Wonderful at the time, but short lived. Thinking about the opportunity to provide a more practical alternative, we took the pleasure we had sharing books with our children to provide the inspiration for the bundles and baskets offered by Brighter Babies' Book Baskets.
